Railway Underpass Lighting

A CCDT project funded by the Town Centre’s Fund is the installation of lighting in the three railway underpasses linking the seafront with the High Street. Instead of just bulkhead lights on the walls or roofs of the tunnels, an innovative ground level lighting installation has been used improving safety for users. The Fox Street pedestrian tunnel in particular has always been a gloomy and intimidating route, but no more! CCDT has been pleased to be able to say “let there be light”.
